Sol 광장 및 Gran Via와 거리가 가까워 교통이 좋습니다. 작은 규모의 호텔이지만 잘 관리되는 느낌을 받았습니다. 작은 골목에 위치하고 있어 눈에 띄지 않는 외관입니다. 하루는 그 골목에서 밤새 사람들이 시끄럽게 떠들어서 잠을 설친 점이 아쉽기는 했습니다.

Wonderful front desk staff! Super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. The room was as expected in Europe but I got a queen bed which made it perfect. Bed was very comfy, shower had good pressure and temperature. Lots of toiletries. Breakfast buffet is offered but I did not get a chance to take advantage of it. The area was safe and well lit. There is a nightclub next door which i could not hear even with my windows opened. Can't wait to visit again such a great stay here!

We visited in March. We absolutely love this hotel! Very clean, staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this place. Centrally located, comfortable room with a wonderful terrace. Hotel is spotless and once again, I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are.

We have just spent 3 completely enjoyable days in Madrid staying at this superbly located. The hotel and bedroom is spotless, stylish and comfortable. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful, always smiling. I can not praise them highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and the location.

Una estancia muy agradable, habitaciones confortables, espaciosas, muy bien equipadas, modernas. La recepción del hotel, muy espaciosa y bien decorada. Pero lo mejor de todo el hotel el personal, muy joven, educados y super amables. Un hotel para recomendar en las visitas a Madrid.

Excellent stay. Room very clean very nice staff. Location is convenient very close to train stations buses Uber rides restaurants, etc. Two things didn’t like no lights in the street at night and the cleaning staff too noisy in the mornings.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla porta del sol, quindi in pieno centro. Abbiamo pernottato per tre notti in una stanza piccola ma pulita, carente di alcuni accorgimenti quali attaccapanni, visto che l'armadio è piccolo, cuffie per la doccia televisore smart dal grande schermo ma non collegabile ad internet. Per il resto ottimo il personale sia alla reception che in sala colazione e quest'ultima molto ben assortita. Complimenti

Muchos se quejan del ruido de la discoteca, no fue nuestro caso. Aquí el problema es que cualquiera que ande por el pasillo, o que abra su habitación de al lado de la tuya, lo vas a notar como si lo tuvieras dentro de tu habitación. Cero insonorizado todo. Le sobra una estrella.
