Nice and central hotel, we never took public transport and everything can be reached within walking distance. The guys at the reception were very kind, the room and bathroom were very small but clean. The only flaw is that the windows don't hold anything and you can hear very heavy noise from the square below

The hotel is very central but we found a room that, apart from being very small, had the window and the nightstand broken. We had to sleep with the window half open and with the noise coming from the air conditioners.

A hotel well located in the central region of Madrid. Breakfast is given as a voucher for a coffee (no repeats) in a nearby restaurant, it's an ok cafe. The rooms are themed after European countries, the cleanliness is good and so is the bathroom. It is a good cost-benefit option.

One of the worst hotels ever seen.the room of my friends was very small. We asked the day the lady at the reception to change the second night but she was not respectful she says just no no no....the breakfast is outside the hotel in a small cafe shop where sometimes you don't find a place to set . don't make the reservation direct from the hotel .try to get it by booking or any how because they will screw you when they get the money of your journey.....bad experience .

It doesn't seem like a Hotel to me, much less 4 stars, at most a Hostel. Therefore, quality/price does not correspond to reality. Very small room/bathroom. They do NOT have their own cafeteria, they offer breakfast, it is in a nearby bar, and it is ridiculous to be agreed with a "hotel" and for the price. Better and cheaper is the one offered by the bar itself or nearby cafes. They gave us the "Netherlands" room and it had a constant noise, like a water cistern filling and emptying, very annoying that did not allow us to rest at night, and we informed the reception without a response. We will NOT repeat or recommend.

We did not enjoy our stay. We were scheduled for a 4 day stay but on the first night we found bugs in our room and were bit by one. We talked to the front desk staff and they did not seem concerned and would not honor any recompense for an early check out.
