房間有贈送免費的礦泉水～
唯一不足就是從酒店出來通往路邊的街道一股尿騷味…十分噁心～（酒店大門在巷子裏面）

我們定了兩間房，第一個房間床單很臟，換了一個房間地面又是臟的。第二個房間的燒水壺裡麪的水是上一個房間留下的也沒清理。總之衞生很差，酒店大堂挺漂亮。

Stopped here by chance for dinner - what a find! Wonderful relaxed atmosphere with welcoming staff. We were looking for a cocktail and dinner on the ground floor. The espresso martinis were superb and I have to admit as good as my husband makes. Then dinner with comfortable seating and a well laid table. The steaks were superb - the staff member made the recommendation and it was an 8oz fillet steak, perfectly cooked, mine with small baked potatoes and my husband’s with french fries. A glass of sommelier recommended red wine was a perfect accompaniment. Dessert was a Spanish specialty whose name I can’t remember but was a mix of bread and butter pudding and French toast with a toffee sauce - delicious. It was so good we returned the next night and another superb espresso martini, then halibut and monkfish as main courses, and tarte tatin for dessert, with an excellent white wine. The food was superb, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere was total relaxation and comfort.

great location - in heart/center/walking distance to most tourist spots. Very friendly, responsive staff. Clean room, a/c worked, good shower pressure, drapes blocked out light. I would have preferred more tv channels (but being nitpicky here). Nice shower/toilet/sink set-up. Hotel on quiet side street, mostly pedestrian.

This our first time to Spain with my family , Gran Hotel Ingles was a great choice for my family, we stayed here for 2 nights and my family liked it very much . The stuff the food were great , the location is very convenient, highly recommend Gran Hotel Ingles for your stay .

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Gran Hotel Inglés and I wish I could give more stars to this hotel! This truly 5 stars hotel is not only incredibly beautiful, but it also offers a level of comfort that is beyond compare. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was captivated by its elegance and charm. The facilities provided were top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The room surpassed all my expectations. It was not only exquisitely designed, but it was also immaculately clean and wonderfully quiet. I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city ( I stayed on the 4th floor). However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. The staff at Gran Hotel Inglés went above and beyond to ensure that I felt well looked after. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, patient and helpful. Their dedication to providing exceptional service made me feel like a VIP guest throughout my stay. I am already eagerly planning my next visit to this hotel. The Gran Hotel Inglés has left an indelible impression on me, and I can't wait to experience its beauty, comfort, and outstanding service once again. It truly is a remarkable hotel that deserves every bit of praise it receives.
