服務上沒什麼問題，房間也乾淨，不過這樣酒店和房間在馬德里市中心性價比很低，2000以上一晚但房間非常小，衹能説馬德里對旅客太不划算

空港から電車で1本でいける距離でとても便利でした！
スタッフも優しく接してくれました！
階段で3階(4階)まで重いスーツケースを運ぶのはかなり大変でした、。
荷物も1つ1EURで預かってくれるのは嬉しいですが、無料で預かってもらいたかったです。

Me dieron una habitación en el tercer piso y soy discapacitada. El mando de la TV no iba y no tenían ni pilas para sustitución. Muy poco precavidos y el mantenimiento me parece muy pobre en ese aspecto. La próxima vez me aseguraré de todo lo que vea mal antes de instalarme.

Buena ubicación, habitación y baño correcto, calidad correcta. A las cinco de la tarde la habitación estaba sin poner las sábanas, no facilitan edredón, calefacción son poner, no funcionaba correctamente la ducha ni el dispensador de jabón ni tampoco la lámpara de cama, se escuchaba ruido de obras así como de mucha fiesta de madrugada. No me gustó mi estancia, no recomendable.
