Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad).
Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio.
Sin duda volveremos.

Beautiful hotel in central Madrid close to most attractions in the city. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean, updated and beautiful. I was extremely happy with our stay.

My wife and I loved Hotel Atlantico. We arrived in the early morning after an overseas flight. The front desk staff was so welcoming, professional, and more than accommodating. Even though it was early in the day, they made every effort to make our room available quickly. Our room on the 8th floor, which was beautifully appointed, had a view overlooking Gran Via. The views were fantastic and showed us what a vibrant city Madrid is. There is a lounge on the 9th floor and the breakfast room on the 1st floor is beautiful with such a pleasant staff. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the most popular sites of Madrid. Hotel Atlantico is where you should stay on your next visit to this wonderful city.

I used the iron for my newly purchased satin skirt, it left a rust and made a hole… such a terrible iron, i mentioned it to the staff and showed that my skirt is ruined and that’s the only outfit i bring with me… their response is only “oh”. Never expect a bad service like this from a so called 4 stars hotel… not even an apology or effort to repair/reimburse/fix the problem. I’m extremely dissappointed
