Great hotel in a prime location!
Clean and stylish hotel . Perfect base for a city trip. Bus and 3 metro stations within walking distance.

Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city).
They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean.
We will definitely be back.

Great hotel in the heart of the shopping district on Gran Vía. Beautiful rooms (a bit small compared to US) with large French doors and big windows facing the Gran Vía. Staff was attentive and room cleaning happened quickly when asked. Also not too expensive for the area. Excellent place. Will be back.

Great location on the main drag thro central Madrid. Super access to shops and restaurants.
Rooms were clean. The front rooms were noisy - who knew the bus shelter needed jet washing at 2am! If you want quiet stay somewhere else!

The room didn’t have air condition and it was 68 degrees and the beds were not comfortable at all and we slept with the windows open but it was still warm and noisy
