One Shot Luchana 22

Checked in late at night and checked out early in morning, reception is 24hrs so was good. The room is modern but feels like it need refurbishments. There a full height window/door so can view outside easily.

Hotel location is good as Subway is right next doir to hotel. But I would not stay here again. Rooms are not sound proof.. also lots of noice from traffic and peope outside and the hotel is in much need of a touch up. There are beyter options in this area.

Great location with lots of reassurance and bars nearby, but set in a quiet property so easy to escape the hustle and bustle. The hotel was also in easy walking distance from Chueca, Malasaña and Gran Via, which was great

My wife and I stay here for 3 nights. The room was large but narrow. We appreciate the very strong heater in the bathroom as it was winter. No free drinking water, no kettle, no tissue paper and a few steps to reach the lift. So had to carry our luggage up (and down when we left) the steps which was not easy for old folks like us. We could borrow a kettle free of charge. Clean room with a room safe. Shower cubical had door with good seal, keeping dry the floor outside the cubical.

While the hotel is very nice and a good location the rooms are not secure. I had to report our passports as stolen. Initially I thought I had left them in the room but when I called the hotel they couldn’t find them. Apparently they turned up 2 days later and the informed me by email! This is despite the fact that I had called 4 times. My son was travelling the next day and fortunately the Embassy was able to get him documents to travel but it ruined our last few days as we had left Madrid. The hotel was not very helpful or responsive. If staying there keep anything valuable on you and be careful what you leave in your room.
