Fabulous stay! We were welcomed by Valentina on arrival, and although some hotel facilities were under construction and our room wasn’t ready, Valentina could not have been more accommodating! She was super friendly and so lovely. She recommended areas to visit, coffee shops and restaurants. I have no complaints about the room or any facilities. I just want to return so I can see the full hotel after refurbishment!

The good: Amazing staff members. A big comfortable bed. Multiple terrace, and sitting rooms, which includes a multi-purpose room that houses a refrigerator, microwave that's shared with other guests; each with their own storage section. It reminded me more of a guest house than anything else. Boutique hotel design, quirky layout. Easy mass transit connections, both metro and bus within a hundred meters or so. The "potentially a bit annoying": If you're from a quiet rural area, there is some street noise. It didn't bother us, but be aware. The odd: Weirdly, this could also be a "good." Often we book hotels with buffet breakfasts. That's not available here. We found the cookies and coffee available from the machine made for an easy and relaxed start to the day. With bakeries and grocers nearby, we were able to have a lazy brunch by placing our items in the shared refrigerator the night before. It made for one of the most relaxed vacations we've had. Very much a home away from home vibe.

Superbly staff, very comfy bed and a very relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended. The coffee, cookies and museli with access to a fridge, microwave and oven was really helpful too. If you want somewhere quiet and calm to stay, this is for you. Would be ideal for a business stay too.

The staff is very friendly. The place is beautifully designed. We really liked the stay here. They offer a kitchen with place in a fridge for your own groceries. Small swimming pool is nice. We would def recommend this place to friends and family!

This hotel is a total gem. It is 5 minutes walk from the Metro. The area is not touristy or chic, or even very attractive but buzzing with cafés and bars and teeming with everyday life. The street on which the hotel is, is nothing special and so it is a real surprise when you reach the hotel, which is simply but very tastefully designed. A calm and beautiful oasis. On the plus side, besides being only about 15 minutes walk from the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, it has one of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I've ever come across! Really exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Only negative point, I would have preferred the shower to have a door. Highly recommended.
