I was, along with 15 other people due to stay at the Roisa suites in Madrid, after originally booking 5 apar**ents to accommodate 18, I cancelled a 2 person apar**ent. I then was informed that 1 of the 4 guest apar**ents was double booked and to top it if I woke to find that my entire booking had been cancelled without so much as an explanation 3 days before we were due to travel ! Infuriating doesn’t even come close!

We arrived and it is announced as a “boutique Hostal “ and it is not , bath shower, horrible beds and linen, and a high price for what there is Not worth it It is sad to be lied about a place and the price should have been at least half of what we paid

Amazing service and wonderful rooms. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend this to everybody. Excellent beds and pillows. Showers are amazing. In a very nice place in the city of Madrid. Simply great.
