This property is in a fantastic location within walking distance to many of the key sites in Madrid. The host is excellent with great communication skills and very responsive. We stayed for 4 nights in Madrid and the apartment met all of our needs. Refurbished to a modern standard and with great ammenities including coffee machine and washing machine. Highly recommend.

Salle de bain inexistante, lavabo dans les toilettes , douche dans la chambre ... La vaisselle est un peu juste 4 couteaux, 4 bols ... Obligeant à faire la vaisselle tous les 2 jours quand on est 2 mais pas de torchon ! Pas de grill pain. Par contre très bien situé et calme ( si les voisins le sont)

Excellent location, very clean, but the best was the host, very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and allowed us to check in, they also left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy, anything we would ask, they would promptly answer with great ideas and solutions. Don't think about it, just get it!!!

Bel appartement très bien équipé très propre au calme mais très proche du centre nous avons passé 3 nuits c était vraiment génial nous avons tout fait à pied. Le monsieur qui s occupe des appartements est très sympathique et très réactif à nos demande. Je recommande cet appartement

Apartamento cómodo, bien situado, éramos un grupo de seis personas y no resultó agobiante para nada .Como pega, le pondría menaje muy justo, para seis personas y falta algún material de limpieza , si se te cae algo al suelo malamente tienes para limpiarlo.Y no disponer de unas taquillas o algo para poder dejar las maletas durante unas horas , de forma gratuita ya va bien cobrada en el precio del apartamento.

Appartement super bien placé dans un quartier animé. Très bonne insonorisation ,propreté impeccable. Personnel toujours à l'écoute et très réactif à toute demande a n'importe quelle heure. Nous retournerons sans hésiter.
