Das Hotel ist von außen nicht sehr ansehnlich, erinnert mehr an einen Zweckbau.
So bald man allerdings den Eingangsbereich betritt, geht eine andere Welt auf.
Sehr großzügig und modern gestaltet.
Anzusprechen ist auch der besondere, zuvorkommende Service in der level Lounge:
Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, auch alkoholische, ist? hervorragend.

This hotel is the best. It is not in the centre of Madrid, but the metro is very nearby and convenient. The airconditioning in our rooms did not work and within an hour the manager gave as nicer rooms with airco. In the Level lounge

No tenían sistema informático y estuvimos 1 hora y 30 minutos esperando (se acerco un encargado solo para decir que sentía la espera pero no escucho las quejas por la mala organización) para que nos indicasen que nos dan la habitación en otra recepción que para llevarnos esperamos otros 20 minutos hasta que nos quejamos y nos bajo el chico de la recepción.
Una vez en la recepción que nos pertenecía nos dijeron que podíamos tomar algo para la espera y al rato apareció el encargado que nos había pedido disculpas y esta vez con otra aptitud escuchando los problemas, disculpándose y ofreciendo una habitación mejor a la que teníamos reservada.
Como le comente al encargado creo que al tener dos recepciones para el hotel es conveniente identificar el cliente que entra para derivarle a la recepción que corresponde ya que no se puede juzgar al cliente por nada mas que lo que hay a simple vista.
