Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Disappointed Stay at here
I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities during my stay.
[Specific issue 1] the room was not clean, the staff was rude, or the breakfast was subpar.
[Specific Issue 2]: the bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning was not working, or the pool was closed.
[Specific Issue 3]: the hotel was noisy, the parking was limited, or the Wi-Fi was slow.
I understand that things can go wrong from time to time, but I was really expecting more from a hotel of your reputation. I would appreciate if you could take the time to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.

Very nice hotel! We had a great corner room with an amazing view. The staff is super friendly and polite. The pool is amazing. Perfect location in lively neighborhood. Not sure why it is rated only 3 star, it should definitely be 4 star at least. We will come back next time in Madrid.

Location, location, perfect location! Everything was near! Gran Via, metrostation.. New, modern and trendy hotel. We really loved our stay there! The roof pool was great and the water was heated. We had a half board at the Hotel’s reastaurant Tilda. That was a good choise. The food was great. The room was small, but I knew it.

Excellent hotel vibes! The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, got my room ready very quickly, thank you. I enjoyed the room I had as got the one as high as possible and found everything I needed in the room. The location is perfect - close to everything you want to explore in Madrid city. I will come back as soon as I can, many thanks.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, quiet. Nice rooftop bar and excellent front desk staff and service. Only criticism is the small size room - however this is expected from boutique European style rooms. They did do a good job providing space and shelving to put bags and clothes despite the small room.

the hotel is very nice and new. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, area is close to everything walking and close to metro stop.
However, the rooms are EXTREMLY small. no place to put the suitcases on the floor. only one the bed. no closet, just a small shelves unit. although its a nice hotel, due to the size of the room, i will not be staying there again. also, no mention ot acknolegment to being a platinum member.
