The location is very good, right next to the Bear and Raspberry, but it's not easy to find. The signboard is relatively small, so you have to look carefully. The room is quite nice. There are free snacks and fruit coffee downstairs. Breakfast is also delivered at the door in the morning.

The hotel is located in the city center, a must-visit for tourists. It is a 1-2 minute walk from the exit of Sol subway station. There are many shopping malls, restaurants and square attractions nearby.
The hotel rooms are clean, with windows but no views. Earplugs are provided to prevent guests from hearing noise while sleeping. No toothbrushes or toothpaste are provided. Simple sweets, salty snacks and water are hung on the door handle every morning. There is coffee/tea/fruit/juice/biscuits available 24 hours a day in the basement, as well as vending machine options.
The overall accommodation experience is satisfactory. I will consider staying here again next time!

Breakfast & complementary break room with coffee and snacks downstairs was fantastic. The desk ladies were super helpful & even helped me book a tour as well as helped me sort out the laundry form - bless them for letting me practice my Spanish with them😅😅. Personally, this was the perfect hotel at the perfect time for 2 reasons; 1) there's nothing on the walls, no paintings or pictures which was good for me as a kindergarten teacher on vacation, I appreciated the sensory deprivation 🙂 and 2) there was a lot of floor space to work out in the room since there was no gym. Plenty of room in all directions to do yoga, BJJ drills & floor workouts - I don't know if I just got lucky with the room. 😊

Environment: The lights in the room are colorful and can flash... very weird.
Environment: Bad, bad, extremely bad, and the sanitary environment is poor. The bed was extremely dirty. After sleeping with my friend for a few days, both of us had itchy red rashes all over our bodies. I have never seen a worse sanitary environment than this. The bedding was moldy and disgusting. The sheets and quilts were not changed every day unless I told the front desk.
