#負評#對梳洗用品，性價比，隔音，床品舒適度，安全性，走廊隔音失望；洗澡洗了一般没热水了，冻感冒了。就是个民宿，完全没有人管，800一晚订的，感觉自己就是个大冤种，旁边的正规宾馆也就这个价格

Estuvimos dos noches, la situación es perfecta en la Gran Via, pero las paredes y el armario de la habitacion estaban muy sucias. No hicieron bien la cama estaba toda arrugada y con pelos nuestros de la noche anterior. Los cables del televisor colgaban por la pared, necesita un poco de reforma y limpieza porque no le veo hotel de 3 estrellas No repetiria

Las paredes sucias,los muebles llenos de polvo, el baño minúsculo y todo enmohecido,el forjado de la terraza estaba oxidado, en las paredes se oía todo de los vecinos , la insonoridad de las ventanas es malísimo. Ni gratis vuelvo.malisimo
