Even with the notice of coexistence rules, people do not respect and the two nights I spent I fell asleep at more than 4 am, only a few rooms with an en-suite bathroom, so you have to walk through the entrance hallway to the WC (Quite a few clean, thank you) attentive and friendly cleaning staff. In short, a hostel in the center of Madrid.

Bad, no, terrible. First they charge you 5 euros extra on your reservation, for the cleaning service, they say. The service must be non-existent, because the walls are disgusting, everything stinks of sewage, the mattress cover is gnawed, God knows why, the sheets don't cover the bed, the toilet seat moved when I sat down and I almost fell, The toilet paper is made from recycled paper, there is no measly hand soap (you can only use the one in the shower, which is at an abnormal height), the bed is shaky as if an elephant had climbed on it, the furniture is old, damaged and dirty. And the room, tilted, as you can see in the image of the little table. To make matters worse, they tell you that they have a person at the reception and it is a lie. A voice answers you through the telephone (who knows where it is, but in the accommodation, it doesn't seem like it), of a person who, in addition to being somewhat deaf, seems to have just enough intelligence to get through the day. And to top it all off, they have you on the street, waiting, as if you hadn't paid. Since when is a DNI given via WhatsApp? MANDATORY, because if you don't do it, and if you don't pay the extra fee, you DON'T get in. In terms of location, I have seen better ones... from Avenida de América, Google maps goes crazy. I traveled 4 km from that station to the accommodation, until I managed to find it. As it is easily deductible, I preferred to lose the money for the second night and go to another hotel. I have visited hundreds of accommodations in Madrid, one every week, for many years. DO NOT come to this

Here, in summary, are the MANY bad points about this reservation: - No reception, only an intercom (the employee only speaks Spanish and without effort for the arrival). - Arrived around 11 p.m. (plane delay), with all my luggage, they FORCED me, in the middle of the street, to send a photo of both sides of my identity card AND to pay WITHOUT POSSIBLE CONTESTING a "cleaning" tax " on a third-party site, dangerous for banking data. - 30 minutes later, once in the accommodation, quite a surprise: dirty accommodation, all the walls stained, dirty towels, toilet not flushed, dirty sheets too and all the furniture in poor condition (air conditioning remote control screen also broken). - No products, no materials available to clean the room or the sheets for 10 DAYS! Obviously no one comes to clean. - Presence of many diverse and varied insects, but especially cockroaches and cockroaches, found two huge ones twice in my shower. - NON-EXISTENT insulation. You will hear ALL the comings and goings of the occupants, the slamming doors, creaking beds (yes all the beds squeak a lot), sexual antics of some (yes..). I was woken up every day by drunks coming in. The noise is very present and felt as if it were in the room. NO RESPECT and the establishment does nothing. One and only positive point: the air conditioning. I really do not recommend this place and will not book again on **********, very disappointed with the experience.
