JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.

Outstanding hotel all around from the friendly professional employees to the perfect location to all the sites of old Madrid. The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and no outside noise was heard from the streets below. The bartender Fernando was awesome and Javier at the front door was very helpful as we had a language problem with our ride share driver. Hope to come back again someday!

Beautiful hotel, my room was all I required, spacious, beautiful interior, balcony views, Rm 117. Staff in all areas were amazing, professional. Hotel location is in the middle of down town, it was perfect. Gym area was very nice. I will definitely be returning. We visited for the TS Eras Tour.

Very good location and very warm service. it is very easy to taste the real Madrid from here as it is located in the heart of Madrid. There are many good restaurants around here includes some Michelin ones. well, only one thing: if you stay here for more than 3 days, I will recommend you to find breakfast outside.
