Bien placé proche de la gare des trains, chambre confortables cependant il ***que, bouilloire, frigo et coffre, je ne comprends pas ces ***quements pour un
hôtel de cette classe, choisir un chambre à l'arrière moins bruyante avec vue sur le temple, le buffet petit déjeuner est correct pris dans une salle confortable,
quelques cafards et moustiques deci-delà, je recom***de tout de même l'établissement.

Electricity gone nearly 12 times and when we call the help desk noon e picks up even when i asked they ignored me. Very poor ***agement and room was small bed was not good quality got hip pain sleeping in.

Food is not an issue over here. The room had issues with ac. After repeatedly complaining for 3 times still the hotel staff was reluctant to fix the issue.

There were cockroach in the room in huge numbers as well AC was not giving the cooling. The hotel doesn't offer Jain food

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very cordial. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Room was clean and toilet was tidy. Overall nice stay.

Good hotel in the center of the city with roof top restaurant. Excellent food and comfortable clean rooms although would like rooms to be slightly bigger. Request mmt to also show suites availability when i am traveling as a family of 4 with good deals

Property location is near the meenakshi temple and mid city. Rooms are okay but not maintained well. Too ***y mosquitoes which will not let you sleep. Room ac control did not work and temperature could not be maintained. Parking at the hotel is horrible; val-let parking done but hotel guys could not bring out the car when needed and had to take auto to travel around the city. Hotel sells water bottle at 3x the price printed on the bottle.

Perfect location, clean n tidy room, value for money. Would highly recommend this. Definitely better than a 3 star hotel.
