Location was ok. We had a great welcome and we’re allowed to join in the pongal ceremony which was happening when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good but we had to keep logging in. No hot water. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was horrible and restaurant staff were rude. Price of taxi to the airport was a joke. Said 500rs then on the day it changed to 900rs and then when we arrived at the airport they said 1000rs.

Average hotel. The rooms look a bit old, cigarette smoke in corridors. Staff are not courteous. Asked for wifi password twice but no response. Good location and good value for money.

Distance from madhurai am*** temple is around 3kms. Located in prime location you may find all kind of cuisines in the nearby area. The in-house restaurant has chettinad cuisine restaurant which has great food. Included breakfast was good too

Cleanliness is good. Staff behaviour is nice. Location is nice for good food joints around. Electrical switch maintenance to be done.

Hotel location is good. Also staffs are very good and polite. Only one lift for 8 floors blocks easy access and some wait time required for using lift.
