Really it's b hoot house and please don't suggest anyone reception - not good balcony floor very dirty walls damaged toilet not clean and no water

Paid extra money for early check-in which was not mentioned while booking rooms.

Very worst room services and Nothing to say good things

Hi hotel room is average and bed is not good and bed sheet are not properly washed still stain are there. Bathroom don’t have the holder for towel and soap. They have mentioned tv and wi-fi are available but no tv setup and wi-fi not available at hotel. Location of the hotel is wrong and properly mentioned It shows some other location. I have almost wasted 1. 5hrs for searching the hotel pols mention the proper location It will be useful for others and not to waste their time to find the hotel at night and day time. Pols do the needful. Thank u. I didn’t take pictures

The room almost okay but didn't get cooling from the ac. Please don't buy ac room

Worst experience because the location shown in map is somewhere else. And we stuck in madurai for 1 hour. Cleaning nit good. Drinking water availability is nill. Sorry i dont have

Though the staff were good the hotel was in avery bad shape with nil maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend the stay in this hotel

Room is no clean. Ac not proper cooling and no room service. And our all not value for money.

I was mostly concerned with the wifi since someone had stolen my phone. There was no wifi in the room and i had to be by the lobby for hours. I checked out this place and never looked back.
