No proper service, no hot water to bath when asked the person comes after an hour, tea & coffee pouch provided but powder milk is out of stock the ans by room attendant. Just food taste is good or else everything is poor

Near to meenakshi temple. Centre for many temples. Staff is really bad. Sometimes they dont even care.

I ordered food in room but not in proper way on every food they forgot to bring spoon, and even after i called for spoon 2 times they didn't bring. For room cleaning i put alram in morning but till evening when i back still no clean.

The bedsheet is soiled and smelled. Switches in the room are broken and ac not worked properly. Breakfast was worst.

Superb food. Good room service great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficien

Room is clean. Staff are courteous. Safe for ladies traveling alone. Car parking for big car was not satisfactory
