It was a horrible experience. Very dusty room, broken switches and bulbs. On top of that rude behaviour of the person at the reception (One Mr. Badusha).
No room service, houeskeeping does not attend to calls.
Pathetic service.

Hotel is worst, not provide hot water for bath in the morning at 5.00 am as per our request. Also no cleaness, no drinking water, blanket. In the morning 6.00 am lift is not working. We are get down from 5th floor *****with our luggage by staircase. Staff are not cooperative.

Really disapointing. The room (I had chosen deluxe with city view to get extra comfort). However, upon arrival the room had no towels, no soap, no blanket and no toilet paper. I was informed that there was no hot water.
After asking a few times, I got a towel and soap.
The rooftop restaurant was closed, and no food was available on the premise.
The reception was completely disinterested in clients and did not respond when I greeted them with a good morning or anything else.
Cityview means you look directly at another building across the street - you cannot se anything else.

Rooms were very basic for the price we paid. On top of that the rooms smelt of dust. The service was really bad. The key to our room was not working. We complained multiple times , they did not care to fix the issue. Each time one person from the hotel would just come and open the door for us. The staff at the reception was also very non - cooperative. We paid 2000+ Rs for the AC rooms during the Independence Day weekend and it was not worth that money at all.

No electricity on the floor until explicitly complained multiple times, no hot water, terrible service, keys get jammed in the door, sensors don't work. When complained, they have the audacity to say it's not their fault - owners fault! Highly recommend not only avoiding the place but reporting it. Clearly the owner doesn't care anyways

Bedsheets are very dirty ...... also service is very slow Everything charge extra . Shower is not working properly hopeless hotel ..... staff is very rude not understand anything at once ......I had very very poor experince in this hotel I never hadd such a bad experince in my life ..

1/5 rating very very disgusting experience! Poor ***agement, torn bedsheets , dirty floor ,dirty bed, chairs and tables full of dust! Cheap service ! Extra charges for each and every thing ! WI-FI doesn’t work properly actually it doesn’t work at all! Terrible experience in short . I would strongly advise you guys not to stay here
