Hotel Supreme

Most pathetic hotel none of the staff was co operative we have changed room twice but ac was not working room was not clear bathroom tabs was not working properly bathroom fan was not working after asking for help and support too staff was not doing the needful

The room was not clean and the bedsheets are also dirty

Before 2 hours of check in we had to pay extra charges rs 900. As 2 ladies were staying in the room no telephone service. When we requested them to repair they did not even come back. Bathroom was very dirty no geyser. Very poor hospitality. There is no food service not even morning tea. Service boys did not want to co-operate when we spoke hindi or english.

Room delivery experience could have been better. Toilet could have been more hygienic. Room should have been hygienic.

Very good accommodation, near the temple. .

3days stayed good location room service average. Food facilities not available. Hot water after 6o clock only.

Worst experience i didn't even stayed there they denied to give me room because they said email i'd and adhar card i'd name should be the same or else we can't give room they were been very harsh and no refund for me my money totally lost worst ever experience even i was there for my studies purpose for my seminar i even given my i'd card they don't even consider that

Hotel Supreme stay review: The stay was average. Only positive about the hotel is the location. Near to Meenakshi am***'s temple, very near to railway station and near to periyar bus stand. Service- 4/10 The only person helpful was Mr.Suresh, reception. All others are just Useless. Cleanliness- 7/10. WC- not at all clean. No matter how ***y time they tried to do it but all in vain. Wifi- pathetic, have to collect coupons daily and if it gets connected, consider your day as lucky. Parking - 8/10 Always ask for rooms on 3rd and 4th floors only. 1st and 2nd floors are of 19th century. Avoid using dressing table's stool on castor wheels to sit..ask for an additional chair instead. WC- Has 19th century flush system with a lever on pivot. Tried placing a complaint for less water discharge, but someone came once never looked at it again. I used water from bucket to flush waste soil out. Food- there is a super tiffin centre (Hotel Sabareesh) about 100mts towards the temple side from the main entrance. The food is good but it's only for vegies. To spend the night and get a good sleep,this hotel is good. But have ear plugs with you Traffic sounds is more at times. Hope you have an average stay. 🙏🙏 Thank you

Everything is ok but need to improve literally for cleaning. Otherwise good hotel for nearest every for transportation.
