Located conveniently in the heart of Madurai, it provides easy access to popular attractions such as the Meenakshi Am*** Temple. The staff was always helpful and responsive and made my stay comfortable. Nice breakfast spread. The rooms are very spacious. Special thanks to a staff member- Kala from (the front desk) for her genuine enthusiasm and cheerful smile, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Pathetic food and wifi at the hotel do not booking this hotel their ***ager are least bothered in resolving the issues instead would blame customer. The food order will take min 1 hr to arrive.

We stayed at the Poppys Madurai in Mar'24 .. Spacious and clean property .. The junior suite was large, functional and clean .. Service across the hotel was great - be it front office, house keeping or at the restaurant .. The food spread and taste can be improved though .. Ample parking available in their large basement parking area .. The hotel is situated on the Airport - Mattuthavani Ring Road - Away from hustle bustle but away from city centre too - The core of the city is 6-7 kms away - No issues if you have your own transportation .. Overall a very good VFM property ..

The hotel is a basic clean 3 star hotel. The disappointing thing was the pool was not clean. We were unable to take a swim and there are no chairs or tables to sit around the pool and enjoy the weather. There was a hot tup, but it is not heated. Construction noise was distracting around the pool area. I would definitely not rate this hotel above a 3 star.

The Check in time was 2pm, we arrived at 2pm. It's now 3pm and our room is not ready, still waiting. Disappointed with the poor service. I will definitely not stay here again. I am constantly being told that room will be ready in two minutes, still waiting.

Special thanks to Maha and Paramesh. Excellent service and great food. The quantum of food is more than satisfactory and enjoyed the ambience as well. Rooms are incredible and spacious. Amazing hospitality and very generous.
