레스토랑은 매니저등은 친절하였으나 로칼맥주를 주문하였는데 수입산 맥주를 설명없이 가져와 로칼인 줄 마셨다.
요금이 당연히 비쌋다. -직원의 주문 서비스가 고객과 소통이 된대로 되길 바람.
전반적인 서비스는 좋았다.
스파에서 오일맛사지를 받았는데 맛사지사의 실력이 너무 약했다.
안내데스크에서 택시를 신청- 사원까지 요금 확정하고 탔는데 호텔에서 제시한 요금에서 택시 기사의 톨게이트비 [ 이건 택시비에 미리 책정 되어야 한다]- 다음날 다른차는 톨비없는 곳으로 갔다[ 주차장입장료와 주차비 -이것은 미리 고객에게 알려주고 택시 요금을 말해야 한다/ 호텔과 연계한 택시 회사의 각별한 조인이 필요 /

Had a great experience with an friendly environment. Miss swapna mam was very kind and soft and was so friendly and made sure everything went right... must book this hotel if your looking for a good and friendly hotel . The food tasted very good so at the total had no black marks

Hotel ambience and food is very good .. especially liked customer service by swapna employee!! She is great person on helping us in whatever we want !! We could visit one more time definitely for swapna and swimming pool. Fan could have provided. Centralized ac only which is disturbing sleep

My 20th stay and wonderful and excellent service . Courteous service by Pugal, Anwar, Anand, Pradeep, Muthu bagrudeen and Thangam. Special thanks for welcoming us during each arrival Venkatesh, Jegan and Giridharan sir. Safe and comfortable stay .

Hotel is new and rooms are clean. Food is good.Service provided by ***oj kumar and Ajith was good. Rooftop bar with projector screen playing ipl match. Food is on the expensive side. Swimming Pool is too small. Location is close to airport but far from city.

Located in the highway. Good ambience, spacious, ventilated. Restaurant the breakfast menu is wide spread and delicious. Restaurant is well spaced out. Good color theme for the place. Swapna at the restaurant was very hospitable and warm. Thanks Amika for a memorable stay

Hotel and staff is very nice I love to stay here also Swapna is very helpful with breakfast thankyou next time I will stay here only also it’s near to airport which is again very helpful so I will suggest all to visit here also the rates are reasonable

We had a very good experience and the service was excellent swapna served food with patience in restaurant we enjoyed the ambience and the morning breakfast is very good with traditional food i liked fish curry very much and the kuzhu was very good and I not experienced such a wonderful food in my life
