Well maintained property with courteous staff but they have one arrogant ***ager at breakfast who denied our breakfast as we reached there by 10. 30am. It's ok we were late but the way he spoke is rude and i would not recommend this kind of behavior from them as we are paying money we have right to ask and speak over there but the way that person treated was a bit awkward later front desk people got to know that we didn't get breakfast they helped with some snacks that's a sweet gesture from them

Overall a pleasant stay. Was traveling with my aged mother and was very happy with the care the hotel showed to make her comfortable. A special thanks to kamakshi who took great care of her in the restaurant during breakfast.

Rooms are well-maintained inner room atmosphere well. Front office very quick check-in. Morning breakfast very nice serving is very good. Parking is ok and driver accommodation fine.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms were clean too. The reception staff quick and helpful. Location of the property is central and everything is at nearby distance. The only thing that was missing is the waiters and other lower level staff don't understand english or hindi. The reception and ***agerial staff do understand. Overall a very nice stay

Jc residency is an exquisite heritage hotel. The interiors, corridors, and the rooms are exquisitely done in wood with intricate carvings. It's a very special feeling to stay in this property. The hotel restaurant is also very good offering a variety of cuisines with warm and hospitable staff.

It was a nice stay at jc residency. Breakfast was good. However i would suggest to start the breakfast bit earlier considering people visiting the temple early in the morning
