The Hotel staff are very cooperative especially Restaurant Captain. Mr Soumen and Restaurant executive Mr Srinivasan were very humble and committed . Soumen will give u**ost attention on every customer and he will fill your tummy with healthiest food.

Dine in at its best quality with lotzz of varieties in menu and delightful ambience.. Tasty and mouthwatering spice food served with best in hospitality. Foodies can treat themsleves with buffet here. You could count in this place for Dinner when you visit Madurai

I found the sales staff extremely helpful and professional in their conduct. Special thanks to Mr AP Danesh who always takes personal interest in making our event successful and smooth. They respond even at odd hours and are always courteous and polite. To conduct business events, there is no other place in Madurai better than Fortune Pandiyan

Overall good stay even though for 1 day stay only. Enjoyed with family members. Food is good and rooms are clean. Staff are curteous. Ample car parking is available for safe parking of vehicles. Located in decent area. Not far from Meenakshi Am*** temple.

Had a very good time at the hotel. Stayed at the hotel for one day.Staff at the hotel namely Mr Srinivasan was very helpful and cooperative and also enjoyed the South Indian food prepared by chef Deepan. Indeed had a very good stay and looking forward to visit again in future.

Audio clarity not there in pandiyan hall. Staff behaviors are good & friendly. Food preparations are OK. Fish fries was very spicy. Welcome drinks given not properly distributed to all delegates. Keep an option for tea or coffee or black tea as compliementry or alog with welcome drink
