The worst experience we have had. rude ***ager, switched off the a.c.and overcharged for the room, intercom not working.unclean bathroom and the list goes on.There is a wine shop in front of the hotel, not at all safe for family

Hotel Pearl refused the booking in spite of confirmation from ********** . I booked 2 rooms and made to wander around Madurai in the 10 pm to find other options .
I don’t know whether it is ********** problem or Hotel Pearls problem but we suffered in necessarily
