The hotel's amenities and property are in poor condition, and the staff is extremely unclean. White towels became grey, there was no trash can, the toilet was filthy, there was no traveler's plug, no ironing services, and most of the lights were not on. Front desk employees are prohibited from cancelling reservations since they repeatedly assert that doing so will result in a pay loss. Don't suggest this hotel in general.

Our experience during our stay was quite unpleasant.No attendent available for any kind of service. Behaviour of receptionist is indecent and solely unprofessional. Poor upkeep of rooms , no restaurant facility makes stay uncomfortable.

Rooms rates are high but service is very poor. NO LED tv in any rooms. Only old type CRT tv in all rooms. Water problem in rooms. Reception lady is rude. Even water bottle 1 ltr is Rs.30. ***ager Pratap does not respect customers.
