The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Since there was only one early morning flight from my location to Madurai, my team had requested an early check-in in advance, which the hotel had acknowledged. After a tiring 7-hour journey, I arrived only to be met with rudeness from the front desk staff, particularly the lady who was outright impolite. She even made a fuss about me using the restroom. Initially, she told me the room would be ready in an hour, but then she said you have to wait till noon as that's our policy The experience was not just disappointing but also deeply insulting. Forget about customer service – they lack even basic courtesy. As a solo woman traveler on a business trip, this treatment was unacceptable. If this is how they treat a solo female traveler, I can only imagine how they would treat families. I strongly advise against staying here.

Eine Nacht in Madurai
Etwas kompliziertes einchecken aber grosses Zimmer, gute Matratze und gerauschloser Ventilator! Die Möbel und das Bad könnten erneuert werden. Das Schwimmbad ist okay und wenig besucht. Das Essen wird nur Hotelgästen serviert und daher ruhig und von guter Qualität

The staff was pleasing and polite. The room was clean and well kept.
The bathroom could have been bit more cleaner. They provided only soap as toiletries whereas toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap etc were missing.
