Stay is comfortable and staff is also very humble and helpful but only one thing is disappointed me that i do check in 2. 30 hrs early so he charged extra rs 500 for one room so it can be better choose other hotels near by other wise the food taste and quality is also nice

1. While check-in we found the ac was not working due to electricity outrage in madurai. The electricity generator was not working as well, but after sometime the issue had been resolved. 2. The room was clean and spacious. 3. The hotel staff was polite. 4. The parking space was available but very congested. 5. The overall experience was good.

The worst experience ever. Liked the breakfast though. Bathroom and toilets were very bad in terms of things provided. Extra bed is a no go there.

I was on solo trip to madhuri to visit meenakshi amman temple. The hotel location is near to railway station and 2km proximity to temple and other connectivity. Room was tidy and clean, worth to the cost. Ample parking space with security guards. I’ve not tried food in their restaurant instead opted other options. Lift is available but not in good working condition or rather need maintenance.
