Location: Excellent. Away from hustle and bustle of the city and property is surrounded by lush greenery. Service: Excellent. All the staffs were friendly and always willing to help and make our stay u**ost comfortable. Food: Breakfast had lots of options and tasty. Amenities: Did not use much so not sure. Rooms: Big enough, had very ancient look.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

Currently the property of Madurai Residency is under renovation, so there is noise from 11am to 6pm, this is a discomfort. We booked 2 standard rooms, 1st room had a nice view of Meenakshi temple and the 2nd room was dissapointing - it just had a large wall of another building. Rooms were clean. Breakfast spread was nice with veg south indian and egg buffet and a nice spread of juices and tea/coffee. We had our dinner at the hotel and i must say that you should try their Kerala ****tta and chettinad chicken. Even biryani was good. We had it with lemon soda it was really refreshing. The rooftop dinner with super breeze just made our day!

It is about 10 minutes walk to Madurai station ７, ８ minutes and to the Minaksi temple. There are many shops and local restaurants in the surrounding area. The front desk was kind and taught me information such as train bus to tilchi. I stayed in a deluxe double, but the room was large enough and the bed was large and clean. There was no refrigerator, but there was an electric pot and a coffee cherry tea set, water 1.5L. The air conditioner was very good and effective. The bathroom with the step is the toilet in the back, and the front is a strange construction of the shower space (the toilet is not wet even if the shower is used in the opposite direction), but unfortunately, the boiler failure? During my stay, there was no hot water. The towel was only a large bath towel and there was no small towel, but there was a toothbrush set. It was 1500Rs with net reservation without breakfast, It can be said that it is reasonable.

На несколько ночей вполне подойдет. Персонал услужливый, отзывчивый. Встретили хорошо, работники вежливые и благожелательные. Белье чистое, в номере все есть, душевая на индийский манер (тропический душ, без шланга). Фото в Гугл картах соответствуют действительности. Завтрак на местный манер, но живот не болел, посуда чистая. Рядом есть отель со столовой, где можно заказать неострые блюда. Учитывая, что Мадурай совсем нетуристическое место, можно посоветовать отель для спокойного и безопасного проживания.
