Location is good. Rooms basic not what I’m use to with a 4 star. Breakfast was ok. Evening meal I hear everyone complaining about the quality and saying it’s not that good. Plenty sunbeds, however weather wasn’t great when we came. 10 euros for towels- cash payment only. I only bought card so had to go cashpoint. The entrance of hotel is lovely what a 4 star should look like but the rooms are more a 2-3 star. No irons in rooms you have to pay to have stuff ironed. So iron before you come.

Todo muy correcto, lo más valorado para nosotros ha sido la calidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Y por supuesto “Domínguez”, es una persona excepcional, se ve que tiene tablas en el trabajo, un placer haber coincidido con él en el bar del hotel.

The hotel its self is in a good position. Three minutes to the beach. Two minutes to the bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean and well kept the pool is a really nice feature large and plenty of sun beds. The room is a little on the tight side but is still adequate. The poor thing about the room is There is no tea and coffee in the room and we are still there at the minute. May the 11th and the air-conditioning is not on . Only a fan. The food on the other hand is the spoiler of this hotel . There is a poor selection of food i have been here 4 days and always pork or veal . And some mixed fish dish . Its the same food daily realy .no show cooking or special food days .This is disappointing form such a nice hotel in a prime position.. hopefully they will up there game and look into this and make changes. The hotel is a solid 8/9 out of 10 .. 3* realy . But the food is 3/4 from 10

Well, were to start. Firstly this place does NOT have working air conditioning and they do not tell you this fact when you check in. When you ask at reception about it they just shrug it off. I even complained to my travel agent about it and they lied to them saying it does work. I have had 4 different members of staff tell me it doesn’t. The pool, they open this at 11 and close it strictly at 5 and it’s enforced asking you to get out if you’re still in at 5pm. In all the years I have came to Majorca, I have never seen this happen. The food, well you best like pork! Every dinner has had pork as the main dish. I for one don’t like Pork, so make’s it limiting. The cleanliness can be majorly improved. The rooms weren’t swept once and a lot of dust under the bed. The toilets weren’t cleaned nor the bathroom bins emptied. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! Which in reality it’s not. Overall, don’t come with high expectations like I did because you will be disappointed. It is in a good location to the nightlife of Magaluf, and a real short walk to the beach front, but after that it’s not the best. I will come to Majorca again, but not in this establishment.

Currently on holiday here and where do I begin. Firstly it’s May, and the temperatures in Majorca are starting to get hot. This hotel REFUSES to switch the air conditioning on. My room is 25 degrees hot! They claim it’s ‘broken’ and when you check in do not tell you of this (don’t believe them as the foyer is nice and chilled). I have made multiple complaints about it, and the reception staff seem to get irritated when you ask them. One even says though it’s hot only. I have now raised this to my travel agent who this hotel are yet to answer. The rooms, well the beds are uncomfortable and need new mattresses. You get given paper cups instead of glass in the room, which for 4 star I don’t expect. And the pool, it opens at 10 and closes at 5. And they ENFORCE it. Now the positives, the bar staff are fantastic and very tentative and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are well stocked and replenished with fresh food quickly and good variety. The hotel over all is very clean and tidy and all areas maintained. All in all, not a great stay here but I will come back to Majorca but on the next occasion it would be another hotel.

Quiet on these dates. Somewhat secluded but close to the bus stop for Mallorca. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. THE Buffet is somewhat repetitive and scarcer than it seems. Nice restaurant, very efficient service. Easy parking. . Various night attractions that I did not enjoy.

The hotel is very well located with good communications and it is a luxury that the buses come to pick you up at the main door. The town has shops and establishments of all kinds for those who are not mobile. The kitchen service seems unmotivated, they bring out trays with half-raw food as they pass it around and cold. In general they approve, they could super**** with a little love in the kitchen. The performances and activities are a little weak for clients under 70 years old, they forgot about the 80s that would be the same for the current clientele, there are activities like the circus act that they only see in the front line. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Really beautiful, tidy, clean. The room is spacious enough for two people, very nice balcony with table and chairs to relax. On the ground floor there is a very tasty games room and the breakfast is always plentiful and delicious. The only sore point was that the air conditioning was too strong, it was freezing
