HM Martinique ★★★★
"Very nice hotel but lacks a bit of equipment in the room"
Sotavento Club Apartments - Adults Only ★★★
"Great stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room spacious and clean. Pool area nice and clean. DJ was a bit old skool and not very good music, preferred when they just played music. Great location, hill from strip is a killer in the heat, but it’s a 5 min walk to both beaches, we found Magaluf beach nicer than Palma nova. We went bed and breakfast, breakfast is from a menu so always nice and fresh, however would have liked few more choices, after 5 nights was a bit meh. The only negatives is the air con is set at 20 degrees which is too high in this heat, would have liked it lower. And it would be nice if the bar stayed open till 10pm it closes at 8pm which is a bit too early. Otherwise a great stay, definitely great for those partying and visiting the strip, noise wasn’t too bad for us but we always take earplugs, they have rules about noise and generally everyone follows them. A nice pleasant stay overall"
HSM Sandalo Beach ★★★
"First impressions: Clean premises and welcoming reception. Room was huge, clean, comfortable with 2 sets of doors leading out to a massive balcony - the view is incredible! Adult only, not too rowdy and nicely located between Magaluf and Palma Nova."
Tent Mojito Suites ★★★
"Will make this short - we were robbed €20 on our first day - we then asked for our room not to be cleaned, but we came back to a cleaner cleaning our room the day after getting robbed - the food is absolutely rancid and I wouldn’t even give it to my dog - you will not get all inclusive drinks if you are staying at the apartment you will have to walk all the way back to the hotel - the cups are dirty, ours had lipstick marks on the top - the apartment looks like a prison Stay here if you wish to be scammed, robbed and fed dog sh*t Also, I wouldn’t trust the safe due to hearing numerous times that the cleaners have access to them"
HSM Atlantic Park ★★★★
"I write this having found this hotel to be providing more cons than pros. The staff appear to be miserable and grumpy for most of our visit. We came for a week (still here and last day). There is a male member of staff in the breakfast restaurant who is beyond rude. I watched yesterday when a gentleman asked for a jug of boiling water to help him make up his medication in the room (no kettle provided in the rooms). The staff member just kept showing him the orange card on the table which said “you cannot take food or beverages from the restaurant”. I rolled my eyes and thought how much energy it must have taken to be so annoyed at a man on his holidays just trying to sort out his meds. The second staffer that struck me as beyond rude is the lifeguard with the black disc piercing in his lip. He will regularly accost you at the pool demanding that your child show him that they can swim. My niece (9) was doing the “diving for rings” activity with the entertainment staff and is an excellent swimmer. But this lifeguard just makes the whole pool feel uncomfortable, everybody is just on edge waiting for the next accosting. I saw him having the same argument with another guest and his son. The last guy and I think it might be Victor at reception. Just rude and unhelpful and an attitude of ‘I will make you pay for everything’. There were a couple of lovely staff - shout out to the lovely lady behind the bar (dark hair / older) who made my cocktails. She was so lovely as was the lovely and fantastic entertainment lady at the pool. The rooms are relatively nice but basic. We booked two junior suites. However, the shower is just appalling and the doors on the shower fit so badly and just allow the whole bathroom to flood. You will need several additional towels to mop it all up. The sink tap in room 827 is connected the wrong way round so hot water comes out as cold. The shower randomly goes from hot to cold. The beds are very squeaky and last night the maid had forgotten to put a sheet on my bed - just a bottom sheet. The toilet door will not stay closed once aircon is on. They could do with putting a lock on it. The maid also hasn’t cleaned the mirror and the room just feels grubby after our stay as the balcony has dirty on it for the last few days. Normally I would leave a tip for the maids at the end of my stay, but sadly I won’t this time. My sisters room 727 balcony glass has a big crack in it and exactly the same issues with the shower. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Which is a really big disappointment as I love to sit on the balcony in the morning and have a cuppa. Breakfast was okay but I have definitely had better in other hotels in the area. I This is my 7th year here to Magaluf and Palmanova and I think this hotel really needs to have a think about how they are coming across, but that of course depends on the clients they want to attract. The pool area (asides of lifeguard) was nice and t"
HSM Don Juan ★★★
"Hotel is average and food it basic, it is clean and tidy. However the animation team alessia and rudy made our stay. They made us laugh loads and made our stay they had a fabulous way with everyone all ages, remembered everyone's names and spoke many different languages. This hotel is lucky to have them"
Sol Guadalupe ★★★★
"It's a nice hotel, but the food is poor and the selection is almost always the same. What struck me most was the stinginess of the dinners, where there were no free drinks at all. I've never seen anything like this before."
Tent Calvia Beach ★★★
Hotel Spa Flamboyan - Caribe ★★★★
"I travel with my friends. It is quite nice because there is a small super market near it. I love the sea view from our rooms. The breakfast is really good."
