Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages and are not afraid to arrange anything.

This hotel is amazing. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are lovely and modern. The all inclusive food was fantastic. Always plenty of choice with a grill bar every lunch and dinner time, that has either fresh meat or fish and everything was always piping hot. We had a sea view room. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.

I would like to thank: Anna and Laura at reception for their courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism, you are special ❤️. My thanks also to the kindness and care for the customer of: the cleaning ladies, the gentlemen on the night shift, the girls and boys in the bar and those in the restaurant (I hope I haven't forgotten anyone). Your attention to every detail makes the difference 💚. Our room, 203, stole our hearts. From certain angles it looked like we were on a cruise ship; and once you lay on the sunbed looking at the sea and felt the surf, you no longer wanted to move from there. Breakfasts and dinners (we had half board) were plentiful. Beautiful, large, modern and well-kept common areas. All types of venues within walking distance, from quality shops to junk, through glamorous restaurants to nightclubs; trips by boat, by bike, by car (there are various countries to see), by water scooter (the tailor-made holiday you want, you choose what style to give it). Buses for all directions at 400 m. Sea and sand just a stone's throw away. Go to believe. And if you go, give Laura a heartfelt hug for me.

A very big minus is the cold swimming pool and the icy jacuzzi. Unfortunately, this is not a 4-star hotel. The service and employees are nice, but not being able to have a drink by the pool or sun loungers is also a minus. Horrible chlorinated water.

The hotel offers very pleasant services! For around €800 per week with Booking, we were able to enjoy the terrace with a view of the sea and a jacuzzi bath above, coffee pods and unlimited drinks but with a quota per day. The hotel is 100 meters from the sea but with water at 16 degrees in April but it is still pleasant, for me who likes cool water. The location is close to everything bar, store and others. The place is European and Russian, but there are restaurants like Florida quite close which make you feel like you are still in Spain... The room is comfortable but bring earplugs even if you are a light sleeper.

The room we got wasnt the one i booked and definitely wasnt a 4 star!!! Bathroom had shower over a small bath with shower curtain!! Rusty mirror and bin,bathroom was tiny..no kettle and dirty small fridge.asked to be moved but no other rooms available.

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned, however, they ended up been unfounded. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Rooms were spacious and I only visited the breakfast and it had everything you wanted. Not sure what it would be like in the peak season but I would definitely recommend this hotel out of season.

My wife and I had a lovely week stay in the junior suite facing the sea room 009. The room was serviced brilliantly every day with the mini fridge refilled daily all included with the all inclusive package. The hotel was well maintained and spotless. All the staff were polite professional and attentive. The food was delicious excellent in variety and extremely fresh. The hotel is perfectly located with immediate access to the beach. We have had many an all inclusive holiday and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences. I can’t conclude a negative comment.

Honestly… great hotel, modern and very clean, we were on the sea side so an exceptional view. super welcoming and responsive staff in case of problems. The rooms are cleaned every day. In terms of catering, it's not great gastronomy but frankly it's OK. Pool a bit small. The best thing about Magaluf is the shops, pubs and restaurants a two-minute walk from the hotel (for young people it's party time all evenings). Don’t hesitate because we will have great memories of it.
