Staff was good, parking area was available and room was too gud and clean. Overall i m happy with this. I will come again next year here.

It was fabulous stay for 2 nights. Rooms are clean, well furnished and specious. Staff is helpful and supportive. Basic toiletries are provided like mini fridge, kettle, tv. It is in central location in the market near by bus stand, 5 min walkable. Best part is 24 hrs hot water. It is very good experience.

Rooms are too small, swimming tank is not good, staff is very rude, toilet is not cleaned. Overall as compared to rate hotel property is not like that.

Hotel is good but location wise don't have a parking place properly and it in main market in mahabaleshwar so little confused for four wheeler driver otherwise food qualities good present stay just because of location is not good mainly parking area average

The rooms are very dusty and soggy. Food is average and staff is very lazy. Ordered food at 9:30 pm and received the same by 11 pm. We called three times in interval of 15 min for cleaning the room after dinner and for drinking water but no one came for service till morning. All environment ac is a worse nightmare. Overall the stay was a nightmare. Spoiled my trip.

Staff is very cooperative and best service they give to their customers. They arrange good events for babies so baby can enjoy the stay. Like a magical show.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was amazing experience. Room services is fast. Breakfast was good. My recommendation is to try zhunka bhakari thali. In-asked them yo get dinner at 8 o’clock as i have to catch bus. Service was good that that they delivered dinner at 7. 55pm only.
