I like stay in this hotel , just service is too bad , they not care about customer what he want and what he need , even for room is not so clean and no have sleepers, i feel so disappointed for this case i wish next time they can care more about their customer, price is too high but service is too bed and cheap

Excellent view , good food , internet in the room does not work on a lot of occasions so It’s difficult if you need internet, if you have a baby room can be cold and it’s a central heating system so can’t put heater on yourself. Apart from that the staff are amazing and helpful . The view , the weather , and if you get all inclusive everything is more or less free which is a bonus.

Arrived after a long transfer expecting a 5star hotel, hotel is very tired, food was of poor quality mostly luke warm, did the free dining evening in the alacart restaurant you get a choice of Italian or Tunisian food nights ! no menu everyone gets the same no asking if you have food allergies or are vegetarian, again left after the boney fish co****. The only positive is the friendly staff !!! Definitely not 5star I’d say3 at a push !!!

Welcoming from the start! Hotel is lovely, clean and grand. Plenty to do in the hotel even on rainy days. Also has a variety of food on offer for all inclusive. Nothing is too much trouble. Animation team have been superb - Nina was an extra delight!

The hotel and staff were superb. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well kept and the staff went that extra mile, in the room housekeeping to the life guards who were really accommodating. It was my daughters birthday and they arranged a cake and all the waiters sang happy birthday, brilliant.
