Instead of being entertaining, they were intrusive and lacked basic professionalism, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. This, combined with below-average service and poorly maintained rooms, made the experience far from enjoyable. I would definitely not return."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel However the hotel had no lift installed this would have made a difference to my stay I have a mobility issue as I have oestheoarthritis in my right leg I walked up and down the stairs. The hotel had a relaxing feel small and friendly had a lovely holiday."

"Huge thanks to the animation team. We enjoyed our stay 10 Times more thanks to them. They work crazy hours in crazy temperatures and still they are full of energy, positive vibe and smiles all around. Ive never seen better animation team. We stayed here for the tunisian republic day and the show and daily programme was so good. Great athmosphere, great programme and phenomenal night fire show. Every other day was also good. Good activities and good vibe. Everybody in the team is Very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thank you Very much animation team!!!!"

"Me and my wife booked a week here and was really looking forward to our holiday. When we arrived we was asked for a coupon that we was never provided so we had to sit in the lobby for two hours. We was given bands to get food and drink. Then we was eventually given a room that we was taken to and the room was full of mouse poo. Soo back to the lobby we went and was given a new room the balcony was covered in paint chips off the rails. Our first night was good until we could hear dripping that turned out was coming from the ac unit that had rotted the ceiling and had mould on but that wasn't going to stop our holiday. What actually stopped us was the food all was well till we ate dinner and oh boy did it make us both sick so bad that one day we couldn't leave our room we both had very bad diarrhoea and my wife was even throwing up. I would avoid this hotel even the staff said to us don't eat the chicken and we went on a horse ride at night around mahdia and our guide said don't eat the chicken at our hotel. Spend a bit more people and go to sousse we went to alkasar in Feb and was waaaaaay better one of our waiters even agreed."

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient, the overall quality did not meet expectations. The rooms were not as clean as they should be, and the maintenance seemed neglected in several areas. The service was also below standard. Staff were not very attentive or helpful, and communication was often slow. Small issues took far too long to be resolved, which made the stay frustrating. Additionally, the facilities did not match what was advertised. Some amenities were either unavailable or not properly maintained. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. I would not recommend staying here and would suggest looking for better alternatives."

"Location is far from the center on foot. The hotel is quite a distance from Mahdia’s old town and main attractions – not walkable if you’re expecting a quick stroll to the medina or beachfront restaurants. Cleanliness is below average. Don’t go with high expectations. While cleaning is done daily, the materials used (bed linens, towels, furniture) are old, stained, and often feel unclean. Not recommended for solo female travelers or groups of women. The entire staff engages in staring and verbal harassment – it’s constant and uncomfortable. Other guests’ behavior is ignored by management. Safety and respect are serious concerns here. Overall: outdated, unclean, and unsafe for women. Only consider if you’re on a very tight budget and traveling with a male companion. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
