"The best five-star hotel in Mahdia, a small seaside town in Tunisia, is located right on the beach. It has many rooms spread across five floors, located in two wings of the lobby, offering beautiful views of the coastline. Amenities include an indoor pool, table tennis room, and massage room. The hotel is mostly frequented by expatriates; the books in the lobby are in German and Dutch, while the tour brochures are in Polish. During my stay in the winter off-season, the lowest price was 200 TND per night, including two meals (breakfast and dinner), which was very good value. During peak tourist season, it would probably cost around 1000 TND. There is a city tax of 12 TND per night for tourists. Free parking is available. The rooms have bathtubs and sea-view balconies; every morning I woke up to see the sea changing colors depending on the weather. The hotel restaurant is large. Having stayed for a week, I noticed they offered different main courses and themes every day. I tried sangria, couscous, lamb chops, beef, and sea bass—all delicious. The chocolate sauce and waffles at breakfast were exceptional! I haven't had anything like them anywhere else. Drinks at dinner are extra, but not expensive. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The water is warm, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the sky and date palm trees. The environment is very comfortable and clean, but there's no requirement to wear a swimming cap. There's also a ping-pong room, a sauna and massage room, a café with hookah facilities, a bar, and a nightclub. The staff are very professional, and there's security screening at the hotel to ensure guest safety."

"The hotel has a nice environment, the beach and swimming pool are very beautiful, and the two-tone Mediterranean Sea is stunning. The hotel includes three meals a day, all in a buffet style, so you're sure to find something you like. The room facilities are relatively basic. Overall, it's a good resort hotel."

"Was a great hotel very lively the food is good, the buffet was really good, lots of things to do during the day thanks to the animation team, especially batman, maram, Laura especially shady is really cool and helped me out. The reception teams are amazing also the guest relations was awesome I'd say the air conditioning in the rooms need updating and the showers but other than those small details it is such an awesome hotel to visit 😎"

The hotel is quite a distance from Mahdia’s old town and main attractions – not walkable if you’re expecting a quick stroll to the medina or beachfront restaurants. Cleanliness is below average. Don’t go with high expectations. While cleaning is done daily, the materials used (bed linens, towels, furniture) are old, stained, and often feel unclean. Not recommended for solo female travelers or groups of women. The entire staff engages in staring and verbal harassment – it’s constant and uncomfortable. Other guests’ behavior is ignored by management. Safety and respect are serious concerns here. Overall: outdated, unclean, and unsafe for women. Only consider if you’re on a very tight budget and traveling with a male companion. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
