"Well where do we start let’s go with the good bit as there’s only one as follows Good bit 1. Air con is very good in rooms That’s it I’m afraid shame cant leave no stars as this dump would get none. This is the worst place I’ve ever visited and lasted 24 hrs before splashing £700 and moving to Bellevue park is Sousse which is the best hotel ever been in so go there please. Bad bits as follows and wont list them all don’t want to waste any more time but do want to save people paying out for this 1. Food is worst ever seen it’s awful no choice and what there was is slops 2. Cocktails half a glass and they charge 10 dinar for them which is a shock as they are awful 3. Rooms are dated dirty and you should be ashamed 4. Staff from reception to the bar areas shockingly rude and don’t want you there Ive never been so insulted just ignore you, I was stood at reception no air con 35 degrees two hours and trying to get room and they don’t even u set stand what you are saying, by way room check in 2pm I was there 3-5pm 5. WiFi is only available if you are twenty metres from reception ridiculous 6. Safe charges another rip off and joke getting anything out of them as you need reception to use their key as well as the one you have I lasted 24 hrs please don’t bother it’s terrible and I’m a half glass full man and read the 5 start reviews which are all lies and fabricated trust me you will regret it for any price it’s shocking Hotel owner you should be ashamed of yourself for the state of the place as it could be amazing no money spent in a decade or more, staff must be on lowest wage in Tunisia as they are terrible rude and don’t care about anything Sorry didn’t have photos to add as couldn’t bring myself to take any Sell the place to someone who cares and they may make it a success"

"My holiday it was Amazing becosue everybody herę try to me best . The service and the kitchen is so nice. Person from Kitchen try to help me to make me happy everyday they give other meal . Every place in the hotel are so clean IF something happend they do this on time. Animators are very helpfull with every problems and help with buying travels they are friendly for everybody you can be sad its not a possibility here. The bar have good alckohols and drink without ;) Recepcion in hotel is so profesional i dont see any problem Good disco at the night then silent sleep very good job."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The animation team was amazing – always energetic, friendly, and created a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. They really made the holiday more enjoyable and included guests in a natural and fun way. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room and all common areas were consistently clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was also a highlight – a great variety every day, fresh ingredients, and plenty of options to choose from. There was always something delicious for everyone. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to come back again."
