Non sempre viaggiando si ha la sensazione di sentirsi come a casa, ecco qui io mi sono sentita così. Ho viaggiato con Veratour e i punti di forza sono rappresentati sicuramente dall'assistente Alessio, dall'animazione e dalla ristorazione. Nello specifico vorrei ringraziare il responsabile equipe Alessio, Roberto con Ramon e la responsabile del Miniclub Sofia con Elisa. Con la loro presenza mai invadente vi diventerà difficile stare fermi, vi farete un sacco di risate e se avete dei bimbi li lascerete in ottime mani. La ristorazione è buona e variegata. L'unico aspetto che si potrebbe migliorare (ma essendo stata nella prima settimana di apertura per Veratour sono certa che la situazione cambierà) è il punto spiaggia poco pulito, comprendo che il mare porti fuori tanta roba ma sembrava di stare in una spiaggia libera con bagnini e sicurezza inefficienti. Pulizia camera ottima. Nel complesso una vacanza meravigliosa che mi resterà nel cuore.

Over 2 hours to get to the hotel, rooms very dated, bathroom dirty, poo on toilet, bath very old & dirty, shower you couldn’t move & just flooded the floor, shower curtain black, fridge in room rusty & yellow & no water.. when we booked said we had a garden view but all we had was a dirty roof that was over the indoor pool which was very dirty with fag butts all over it..,, Food was ok… Entertainment was shocking & only liked the Germans You could only get spirits from reception bar so if you was at the beach or by the pool bar you had to walk all the way to reception as the bar at the pool only did lager or cups of water Beach was ok .. didn’t get harassed by any of the sellers as they just walked on by.. however got harassed a lot by in-house sales people trying to get you to have jewellery made & go on excursions & kept on for days even tho you said no!!! Sunbeds where all broken & saggy & dirty .. Sat on the beach every day & the entertainment team spoke to everyone apart from us 6 days in a row If your not German you are nothing Also a manager shouting at his staff in the restaurant & bar area which isn’t very professional at all!! Although most staff were rude there was a couple that were helpful & polite .. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy I wouldn’t recommend or return

Arrived here on 29th April and stayed for 10 days. Was greeted by friendly reception staff, check in was easy and stress free. I did feel the only let down was the bathroom in my room, very dated and definitely needs updated ! Rest of the room absolutely fine with a lovely sea view. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Now on to the food. Well all I can say is amazing !! I looked forward to every breakfast, lunch and dinner ! The restaurant staff take real pride in keeping the guests happy. The food was traditional Tunisian food, lots of choice and all very tasty ! The bar area was nice and the bar staff very helpful. The beer is good too ! The pool areas and gardens are well kept, keep your eye out for the lifeguards, they will assist you with a mattress for your chosen sun lounger, either by the pool, in the gardens or on the beach. WI-FI isnt very good, only available in lobby, then if busy its very slow. All in all a lovely 10 days - Thank you to all the staff

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The manager at the reception helped me a lot after I had problems with *******. The waiters were very attentive and nice. The head entertainer Sonja and her team were nice and friendly, we had a lot of fun.

Very good hotel staff with top host very friendly (SONIA, RIO, CHICAGO, YASER, SIMO, KAIS) with great entertainment very good restaurant with good variety, very well done cleaning. I recommend it

Good hotel, welcoming staff, top restaurants and bar, top entertainment (Sonia, Rio, Chicago, Simo, Kais, Yaser). I really recommend it for young people and even for families. 2 outdoor swimming pools with 3 slides and one indoor, great for having fun. Hotel close to the sea ideal for holidays.
