Excellent hôtel personnel très agréable et à l écoute du client. Je tenais à remercier Mouna qui travaille à la réception qui étais formidable très sympathique et très professionnel elle est de très bon conseil pour les événements extérieurs.(marché, taxi…) Tous le personnel est très gentil. Par contre le seul bémol qui n à rien avoir avec la gérance de l hôtel la personne du tour opérateur mondial tourisme Mme Jihen a fuir. Pas aimable très vulgaire et as une façon de vous parler qui est à la limite de l insolence, menteuse voleuse pas professionnel du tout n est pas joignable et excursion foirez. Fuyiez .

Während meines Aufenthaltes im Hotel El Borj, fühlte ich mich die ganze Zeit über sehr aufgehoben aufgrund vom super tollen Team und Service. Habe daher auch schon meinen nächsten Urlaub im Hotel El Borj geplant und freue mich schon riesig darauf.

Well what a second and amazing stay at the El Borj.. every single member of staff , gardeners, cooks, bar staff, cleaners,reception and finally the fantastic animation team led by Bio made the whole 10 night stay amazing . Any negative reviews of this hotel are fabricated.. on an all inclusive basis YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING TO EAT and drink wise local beer celtia 5% hits spot ..vodka..gin and cocktails seemed to go down well.. but and there's always a but if you like whiskey/guiness/bitter stay in UK as the whiskey probably won't be to uk taste and other beers will be hard to find. This is a fantastic hotel and on our visit we met alot of amazing people to enjoy our days with.

Can only say what a blast I had, love the place, room spotless, food good, animation team brill, Bio made me feel so welcome as did all the team. I was on my for the first few day but I always felt safe, then some freinds arrived, can't wait go back would say better than a 3 star in my option

Great experience, entertainment every evening was great and activities throughout the day. All staff are really friendly and are always looking to get you involved in activities. The pool is big and spacious and lots of seats around the pool and lots of seating on the beach too. May is off peak so not too busy and a great time to come.

Nossas férias no hotel El Borj foram espetaculares eu e o meu companheiro não temos palavras para descrever o quanto relaxante é bom foram as nossas férias o hotel tinha todos as condições para um hotel de 3 estrelas. Fomos tão bem recebidos pela a esquipa toda e não temos nada apontar sobre os empregados ao quem quer que seja em nenhum momento algum fomos perturbados. Adoramos muito e recomendamos para um momento a 2 ao mesmo em família.

One of the best holidays I’ve been on, staff were so lovely, entertainment team were welcoming from day one especially Bio and Diaz :) , hotel was clean and there was always something for everyone in the restaurant , would definitely recommend this hotel ! :)
