The hotel is old, that's a fact, but overall good, the location is excellent, there is somewhere to go, the sea is across the passage, Wi-Fi works even at the sea, the room was excellent, clean with a beautiful view, there was a lot of variety of food. It seems dirty not because they don’t clean it, but because everything is old. The only MINUS is the hotel employee or whoever he is - FUAD, an arrogant person who ruins your vacation if you “cross” his path. He makes up stories that suit him. He threatens to kick you out of the hotel. Although this is impossible, because the tour has been purchased and you are under the protection of the tour operator. If you are not a pretentious guest, then everything will be fine. Just don’t get involved with Fuad (the name seems to speak volumes), it’s better not to even talk to him, any words you say can work against you.

Unfortunately, we first bought the tour and then looked at the reviews. Avoid this hotel as much as you can, everything is really very bad there, multiply everything that is written in the reviews by 2. One day I saw vomit in the elevator being cleaned up with a dustpan and a broom. The flush in our room did not work; we had to fill the kettle to clean up after ourselves. Service, attitude, appearance, etc., everything is very bad. Wi-Fi is paid even in the lobby. The gym is a disaster, it smells like mold and all the equipment is rusty, you will naturally get dirty. The bed linen was dirty when we checked in, I don’t think they changed it after we left. The food was acceptable.

We ended up in this hotel by chance, bought a ticket by luck. For the first time we decided to try what 5* fortune is, unfortunately, we were unlucky. The entrance to the hotel begins with a cafe, someone drinks, someone smokes, already at the entrance there is the smell of cigarettes, hookah and alcohol. The hotel has two buildings, one newer, closer to the sea, one older. We were taken to the older one, behind the pool. When we entered the room, we were very surprised, the floor was dirty, as if no one had cleaned it, there was no bed at all, there was one mattress on top of another, and the bottom one was covered in stains. We refused to live in this room, they offered us another, the picture there is no better, there is fungus in the bathroom, everything is dirty, the refrigerator does not work... We were told that there were no other options, we had to settle on the second one. There were already two beds, one double, the other bunk. There was a huge closet along the wall, and to get into the room from the corridor you had to turn sideways to squeeze through, it’s good that we were skinny, a plump person wouldn’t have gotten through. The food at the hotel is good, varied cuisine and grilled chicken, fish, always a lot of sweets, snacks, for every taste, there are no complaints about the cuisine. Access to the beach through an underground passage. The beach is not the best, sand and pebbles, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone. There is a small animation on the beach, playing darts. In the evening there is animation for children, which takes place on stage, near the pool, then for adults, it was interesting. Beach towels are provided free of charge, they can be changed after 2 days, but the towels in the room were never changed, but the cleaning lady comes every day, takes away the trash, leaves water and paper.

We rested for 7 days. Before the trip, we read the reviews and immediately realized that this was not a 5 star, but a clear 3. Time was running out, so we decided. Expectation and reality did not coincide at all! We flew to Turkey 7 times, there is something to compare with (we vacationed in 3 hotels, 4 hotels, and 5 hotels). Cons: everything except food and good location. The room is standard, I was struck by the unsanitary conditions, especially in the bathroom. We have never seen such bathrooms before! The hooks are on tape, the toilet lid is broken, the paper hanger is covered with a thick layer of dust. The bathtub is covered in black deposits. The mirror in the room is broken. The refrigerator is a special “pride” of the hotel: it hardly freezes, the shelf is cracked, it’s covered in dried food from numerous guests, judging by the dirt over the last hundred years!!!!! Plus, it’s the food, I’ve previously read reviews about the monotonous food. Probably someone I wrote that they cook 10 hot dishes at a time at home. They cook in a variety of ways, it’s delicious. There’s so much thrown out, it’s a pity for the cook - he tried his best! People collect a huge amount of food that is impossible to eat!!!!! Huge!!!!! Unfortunately, we see this everywhere on vacation. Why ask? I ate it, take some more. Respect to the cook - several hot dishes for breakfast and lunch (lamb, beef, chicken, fish, many side dishes, salads, vegetables, cheeses, soups, desserts, and sweet fruits) The reception is gloomy, dark like something out of a Hollywood horror movie .The guides are rude and aggressive (Aslan and his assistant, the latter seemed to have been fired (Biblio Globus), peddle excursions, are outraged that the currency exchange was not made at their place, but at the change office. What kind of hospitality is that here!!!! Embittered, aggressive, openly threatening!!!!!!

The most terrible hotel. It barely qualifies for 2*. The rooms have an unpleasant smell, dirt, mold. All the furniture is old and in terrible condition. The refrigerator in the room is yellow and dirty. I’m generally silent about the bathroom. There is no shower, just a curtain. It was impossible to wash properly, the drain was clogged, water flowed out onto the floor. And in general, the whole hotel is falling apart. I don’t advise anyone to come here if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

The most terrible hotel, the description does not match, Wi-Fi is paid, ultra and does not smell, bars close at 23:00 and the night bar opens at 00:30. The rooms in the disgusting building are broken, the dirt has not been removed! At first they put us in building B, in a smoky family room, after clarification they offered us another room that was no better, and after 3 times, voila, we were transferred to building A on the 6th floor overlooking the sea, to the usual standard! they smoke everywhere in the hotel, many local Turks come to relax at the hotel, only men and look at Russian women like game! dirty, cleaning was done only once a week and only then was asked for, towels were not changed, shampoo and soap were in dispensers, which had run out and no one replaced them! As for the food, everything is good, delicious lamb, beef, chicken, every day for lunch and dinner! The red fish was baked once! Animation in the evening from 21:30 children's disco at 22:00 for adults program until 23:00, then they invite you to a local disco, free round trip transfer (at 03:00), where there are tables reserved for Turks around the dance floor 🙂 walk back to the hotel in minutes 25! The sea is nearby through an underground passage, the beach is small pebbles, clean! Sun beds and towels from the hotel! In short, I don’t recommend it

Hi all! I want to leave a real review about the hotel. We bought the ticket inexpensively. Reading the reviews I was very afraid to go there. I was also embarrassed that it was cheap. Now I understand that bad reviews are probably written by those who are not going to relax, but to look for minuses and negativity in everything! So this means: we arrived late, at about 10:30 p.m. We were checked in quickly, we were 2 families, we asked for rooms nearby, they did not refuse us, they gave us rooms 1615 and 1616. View from the room on the left of the mountains, on the right of the sea! Everything in the room worked well - hair dryer, refrigerator and air conditioning. The room was clean, linens were changed and cleaned, there was no shortage of paper, shampoo and soap. Upon arrival we were fed. The staff is polite. The kitchen is very good, there was enough of everything. The meat was chicken, beef, lamb. One of the company was a lamb lover and said it was very well prepared) Lots of delicious cakes. Plenty of pickles, fresh vegetables and salads, French fries, different types of pasta, stewed vegetables, nuggets... the alcohol is good, we drank mostly whiskey and beer. My sister loves wine, she tried white and red and said it was good. There was plenty of fruit, there was enough of everything. As soon as a tray with some dish ran out, they immediately brought more. There was animation every day for both children and adults...the animators were great) on the territory of 2 children's and 2 adult pools, near one pool there was a slide. While the slide is operating, an animator sits there, making sure that there are no violations, playing with the children, they just stuck around him like leeches every day. He taught my child to swim) the sea is nearby, walk for a minute or 2) there were always enough sun loungers. On the beach at the bar you can always get soda, watermelon, cookies (free). In the hotel itself, yes, in some places it requires repairs (shabby elevator, shabby floor coverings, not the freshest mattresses). The elevator only goes to the 6th floor, you have to walk to the 7th, we were lucky, we lived on the 6th). In general, we liked everything. The hotel does not qualify for a five, but a budget four can be safely awarded). If little things don’t bother you, you can safely go there; if you are expecting a “wow”, you don’t need to go there) have a nice holiday everyone)

I read reviews about the hotel before the trip. Why do they write positive ones? Horrible hotel where the staff doesn't care about the residents. I absolutely do not recommend it. Everything about the hotel is terrible. I have never seen such rudeness before. To put it mildly, the attitude towards Russians is that they will do just fine.
