I have been to boutique hotel sant roc &spa at the end of July. I have stayed there only one night to have a quick look at Mahon before leaving Minorca.
The hotel is extremely central and is located just at few steps with everything you need. The service is just amazing, all the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful; they just helped me with all my enquiries.
The room was located in a separate building, not far from the main entrance of the hotel, and it was spotless clean. It had all the comforts, including an hair diffuser, which for a curly hair person is quite difficult to find.
It was quiet and no any noises disturbed during my stay.
The only thing, was the size of the room, quite small regardless I was on my own.
For the quality and the price paid, rooms should be bigger.
Over all my stay was amazing though.

Only recommendation would be to make use of the spa a bit more accessible in terms of times etc.

We had a flight cancellation and booked the Sant Roc for our extra night stay. They were extremely attentive and made a bad situation become a good experience. Will definitely book this hotel next time we plan to come to Menorca again!

There is no Spa, there are two jacuzzis, there is no masseuse, no massage area, a masseuse comes from outside to a tiny room and when there is more than one massage they tell you that they do it in your room when there is no room for a massage bed in any of them. room. The service at the reception is decent but it doesn't have a pool or anything...it's not worth it and for four stars with the offers there are...there are much better ones. There is a blonde receptionist, with a horrible look and manners that not even the central food market…which is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point of getting on my nerves and that is difficult. There came a time when, without hot water, the conditioning did not work, there were no blankets, the windows did not open, there was no ice in the Hotel, etc. etc etc I said I almost almost wanted to call the police.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was as good as I remembered. The rooms are all slightly different so make sure you book the one that’s right for you. We got a top floor room in the main building facing the street. There was no street noise at all and the room was a great size, and lovely and clean. The hotel provides you with bottled water and all the good quality toiletries that you need. This time we went bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement which is very architecturally interesting with stone walls. The staff are lovely and you can order however much you want from the menu. We were little piggies and got a toastie, an omelette and croissants each day. It was so nice it was hard to resist! The location is absolutely perfect - seconds away from the main square with our two favourite bars in. Perfect city hotel.

The location is great but I was expected something cleaner. I found 2 cockroaches and the room quality was not close to the ones promoted in the photos. The staff is great but the price is expensive compared to the experience. I got charged €3 for a towel. The bakery in front is really good.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Beautiful individual rooms - all very clean - all very different. Staff were brilliant - breakfast was fabulous. I only wished I had stayed longer. Can’t imagine finding any where better in Mahon.
