"This is the second time we have stayed here and it was as good as I remembered. The rooms are all slightly different so make sure you book the one that’s right for you. We got a top floor room in the main building facing the street. There was no street noise at all and the room was a great size, and lovely and clean. The hotel provides you with bottled water and all the good quality toiletries that you need. This time we went bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement which is very architecturally interesting with stone walls. The staff are lovely and you can order however much you want from the menu. We were little piggies and got a toastie, an omelette and croissants each day. It was so nice it was hard to resist! The location is absolutely perfect - seconds away from the main square with our two favourite bars in. Perfect city hotel."

"Hostal Jume is in a convenient location, its clean and has has everything needed. My room was small, turning in the shower was not possible without hitting the water controls and turning off the shower:) That's okay though. The price is a bit high compared to other places I have been in on my travels and the breakfast options ran out - maybe as there was a large group in the hostal that morning. Still, I would recommend Hostal Jume. The bets part and the most appreciated part of my stay was when I arrived early in the morning expecting to drop off my luggage until check in opened but my room was ready and I was able to get in without any extra charge. (I am writing this review while waiting for check in time at another hotel in the UK) Thank you Hotel Jume for that kindness!"

"Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor. The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Mahon. The perfect base for a holiday in Menorca so you have access to the bars and restaurants in the evening. Within a 15 minute walking distance from a very nice beach but otherwise the island is very accessible from Mahon. We hired a car and can recommend Binibeca beach but its apparently very busy in the high season. Hotel decor is super chic and done very well. It's cosy but cool particularly in the small sitting rooms on the ground floor where you can sit and read, play chess or have a glass of wine. The restaurant is fantastic with a contemporary menu using all local ingredients. The chef was very friendly. The wine list is lovely and the atmosphere is romantic. There is a small courtyard garden which is lovely for a pre dinner cocktail and there are also drinks served around a small pool - perfect for a quick dip after a day on a beach. The clientele is polite and understated. Rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. All rooms are very different from each other and we weren't lucky enough to have a balcony or a garden view but were otherwise happy. Probably the highlight of this hotel is the staff. Possibly the most friendly and helpful bunch I've experienced. Jose on reception and Jasper in the restaurant are two that stand out but everybody else was perfect too. We hope to visit again soon."

"The room was spacious, with good bedding except for the pillows, which I found too soft. I would have preferred a walk-in shower to a bathtub. The bathroom was pleasant. There was a lovely terrace. The drinks in the mini-bar were overpriced. It's a shame the reception staff didn't speak French. The courtyard where breakfast was served is magnificent 😍. The spa is splendid, but the massages are still expensive."
