Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Kevin and Carina are absolutely wonderful, kind and lovely. They made mine and my sisters stay very comfortable. They were helpful and friendly even when faced with difficult customers. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. Will definitely rebook at this travel lodge.

It’s good location and decent price if you need it to crash for nights sleep, the room was tinny but I guess you get what you pay for.

People are living in this hotel and their kids are running up and down the corridors....not on after a 10 hour shift....been here 2 weeks ....some people have no respect...keep your kids under control the world does not revolve around you or you noisy kids

Parking is a nigh**are especially if you need a disabled bay. The car park is full of tradesman and vans. Our accessible room was C shaped with only 2 sockets - one for tv and one for kettle. No bedside table to put a CPAP or other appliance on and no plug socket - they do have USB port both sides of the bed. The wet room needed a deep clean. We experienced a lot of noise inside the hotel in the early hours including a reluctant eviction for overcrowding. I would advise avoiding this lodge.

Nice hotel which is central to the railway station and the town center. It doesn't look too good on the outside but the inside and the rooms you cannot fault, everything was explained to me when I checked in, I didn't use the bar/cafe due to visiting friends so didn't need to eat there but looking at the menu it did look comprehensive, I would definitly stay there again when visiting the area.

I stayed at the hotel for work found the hotel very clean rooms are suitable for what needed I found the staff helpful and always happy to help with any question I had , Terence stood out as he is also happy and ready to assist me in anything I need I will be staying again

Very tidy place, lovely environment, really friendly staff, thank you Terence and Cam! I highly recommend. Really fast check in process, was given information about meal times and other things. Really good price for what you get. I will come here again.
