"2nd time staying at this hotel, Just as brilliant as the first time. Charlene, Grace and Dominique were on duty during our time there. First night my son spilt water all over the double bed soaking it right through, Dominique was so understanding and got us replacement bedding effortlessly and understanding our embarrassment. Second morning we had a full fire evacuation around 8:30, Charlene and the team again were excellent keeping us informed, dealt brilliantly with people being very hostile and argumentative about the situation. Got us back as soon as safely possible. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because it’s clean and well presented. But because the team are brilliant and make that building unique. I will be back"

"Very disappointing to share breakfast with dogs in the restaurant, 6 to 7 different breeds , yapping and showing aggression towards guests , dog hairs in the room which got on our clothes. The smell of ******** coming from the patio outside which kept coming into the bar area every time someone opened the door. Not an ideal hotel for families, would not stay there again."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the place gave us a very bad feeling. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and nothing about the property felt comfortable or well-maintained. When we entered the room, we immediately decided that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The room was extremely disappointing and lacked even the most basic standards expected from a hotel. The biggest concern was privacy and security—there was no proper lock on the door, which made us feel very unsafe during our stay. A hotel room should provide guests with a sense of security, and this place completely failed in that regard. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room appeared poorly maintained, and hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels. It did not feel clean or cared for at all. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing. There were no towels, no shower gel, and several essentials that any guest would reasonably expect to be provided. It felt like the hotel had put very little effort into preparing the room for guests. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and the absence of a proper door lock, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We felt uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and wanted to leave immediately after entering the room."

"It was the first time I had stayed at Premier Inn Sandling Maidstone. I chose this particular Premier Inn as my daughter and I were were proposing to visit relatives in the area. I found the whole experience to be excellent. Meals were good, staff most helpful and in addition the location of the hotel relatively close to the M20 motorway made access most convenient. An additional plus point which we enjoyed is that the hotel is also located next to the River Medway with evening walks along the towpath most pleasant."

"Beautiful apartment with modern feel in a classic Victorian stone built building. This is our second stay at this location previously in another apartment owned by the same landlords. Cosy, comfortable, very homely. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, our apartment had all the essentials. Plenty of local shops a short walk away from the apartment or your unusual big supermarket a 10 minute drive away. Definitely recommended and will be using again."

The staff are friendly & efficient… the sandwiches were very tasty in fact we could have done with around round!!! Only us being greedy, the sausage roll was yummy and the cakes very pretty…. I recommend this venue for a memorable afternoon."
