I was given a code to get my key, but it did not work and when I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they turned me down by saying that they don’t have a key for me. So I had to find another place last minute in the middle of the night, because of their poor management. I was charged the full price and not given a refund as well. They told *********** that I didn’t show up to get their money. Stay away from this terrible hotel if you can! It is a scam.

Good hotel for one night as in our case. Communication prior to stay was very good. We mostly booked with them as they offered a good transfer from the awkwardly placed frankfurt-hahn airport. Our driver was friendly and informative. Breakfast was nice and location was close enough to walk to chris**as market

Clean rooms. Very reasonable room rates for a state capital. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Bus and tram within walking distance with quick connections to the main train station, inner city and old town.

Easily accessible on foot from the main train station - location in a quiet residential area (Neustadt) - supermarkets and bakeries nearby - about 15 minutes to the city center and the Rhine - very pleasant: the layout of the room, square with a pleasant homely feel - furniture a bit dated, but very comfortable mattress and good TV - bathroom with towels, shower gel and soap very clean; hairdryer available - internet mostly stable - staff is very friendly - check-in and check-out quick and uncomplicated - good value for money for my booking price - would gladly come again!

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und auch ÖPNV. Der Weg zum Hauptbahnhof ist auch nicht weit. An sich ist das Hotel eher einfach, aber mehr kann man bei diesem günstigen Preis nicht erwarten. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß, aber die Matratze ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu federnd. Das Bad ist ok, aber die Dusche ist nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt, sodass auf dem Boden zwangsläufig Pfützen entstehen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber Rollläden, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt könnte es im Zimmer etwas leiser sein, man hört einiges von draußen und auch von innen. Das Internet ist nicht ganz stabil, aber noch auszuhalten. Pluspunkte: Preis, freundlicher Service, Sauberkeit.
