Hotel with a great location. The breakfast was absolutely top notch. We have rarely had anything comparable. The sauna and steam bath could do with a bit of a makeover.

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, die Dusche neben der Badewanne war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Das Frühstück am Buffet war gut bestückt aber etwas teuer mit 34 €.

Unsere Tochter hatte uns einen Aufenthalt in einem Luxushotel in Frankfurt geschenkt. Irgendwie hatte ich keine Lust auf Frankfurt und ich wollte schon seit vielen Jahren in das Hyatt in Mainz. So buchten wir stattdessen dieses Hotel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im Spa, hatten ein sehr gutes Dinner im Bellpepper, wurden vom Sonnenschein geweckt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In Gedanken habe ich schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

L'hotel è molto più bello di come appare dalle immagini di booking, colazione migliore mai vista in qualsiasi albergo. Il ristorante invece è caro, il prezzo è probabilmente allineato con il tipo di cucina che offre, ma molto lontano dai miei gusti, in definitiva credo che in assoluto la cucina tedesca non si avvicina al gusto italiano. La spa è eccellente, eccellente l'accoglienza, la pulizia e le persone al desk. La stanza doppia (non panoramica, nonostante avessimo prenotato con molto anticipo e per una settimana) era un po' stretta per due persone, con una sedia ed una poltroncina, per poter lavorare alla scrivania, comunque angusta per due persone, ho dovuto chiedere quindi un'altra sedia, che mi è stata portata subito. Se fosse stata una vacanza, la stanza sarebbe andata bene; dovendo lavorare invece, forse ho risentito di uno spazio troppo misurato.
