Excelente! Unsere Gruppe kam am Rosenmontag 2024 im Hotel an. Trotz des Trubels einwandfreier Service in jedem Moment. An der Rezeption war alles vorbereitet. Check in ging zügig voran. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Klimanalage ist auch in Nacht sehr laut(kleine Regelmöglichkeit - nur ein/aus/zwei Gebläsestufen) und ein Fenster kann man wegen der lauten Rheinstrasse erst nach Mitternacht aufmachen. Eine Zumutung bei der geringen Raumgröße eines Einzelzimmers!

Specifics asked by the automated review were at good rating. However, the following were lacking:
- there were no face towels, only one large towel per person.
- power outlets were only at the floor level and on one side of one bed.
- the elevator did not work, door not closing properly
- room key failed if someone was already in the room (in the shower) I got stuck outside. Thought the key was faulty...

Alles ok. Halt Ibis. Wer großen Komfort erwartet, ist hier falsch. Aber wer eine gute, saubere Unterkunft in Mainz sucht, die zudem noch nah an der Uferpromenade und der Altstadt ist, der ist hier richtig.

Located across Romischs Theater station yet within walking distance to Mainz old town without noise and crowd, perfect location. Check in was hassle-free, room was clean and wifi was strong. Check out the Kamin-Flammkuchen right behind the hotel, make reservations ahead!
