Berjaya Makati Hotel

I stayed on the 7th floor for 2 weeks. Terrible hotel. <Noise> 1. Karaoke was loud at the bar on the 1st floor, with no door and no soundproofing. You needed earplugs in the room. 2. The gym on the 5th floor was under construction, and the construction noise was loud. You needed earplugs in the room. 3. It was one side of a connecting room, but there was a door connecting it to the next room. There was no soundproofing, so you could hear everything from the neighbors' daily sounds, the TV, etc. <Hotel facilities> 1. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, but the outlets were different so it couldn't be used. The hair dryer was a type C, and the outlet was a type A. 2. There was barely any hot water. It got cold after taking a hot shower. There was a bathtub, but it could only be used for cold baths. 3. The gym was closed due to construction. The pool was also closed due to that. 4. It's a 30-story high-rise building with only three elevators, so you have to wait 5 minutes for one to arrive. 5. The room card key stopped working many times, and you have to update it at the front desk every time. Also, the WiFi requires frequent re-entry of the ID and password. 〈Amenities〉 1. Body lotion is often not replenished. There was none on the first day either. 2. Disposable slippers are not replenished. You can't spend 2 weeks in the same slippers.
