The hotel is in the perfect location, 8-10mins walk away from the Kaaba/Haram. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was a decent size but the bathroom was a little small yet functional. Hotel has plenty of lifts and has the best massage chair in the reception area, which does amazing things to ease the pain! Brother Munif at reception was helpful, gave us information about taxi’s to Mount Hira and Madinah, places to get good coffee and tea, as well as being a nice humorous guy. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are ample places to eat at near the hotel, which are all cheap and tasty! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! Thank you again! :-)

I thank brother Abdullah Hassan, who is in charge of the workers cleaning the hotel
He was very nice to us and helped me look for passports
I also thank my brother Al-Otib, who is at the reception, and I thank all the staff for their hospitality
There is a signal that I would like to send to the officials that there is a problem in the bathrooms, not in cleaning, but in their maintenance, because they have a bad smell coming out of them. The reason is that I think that the hotel is old and needs to renovate the structure of the bathrooms. Thank you.
