"I was disappointed with my stay. From the first day, the AC in my room was only blowing warm air. I reported it multiple times, and several technicians came to look at it, but it was never fixed. I was also told I would either get a repair or a new room, but they didnt solve the issue or give me a new room was sweating in my sleep. Housekeeping was another issue. I left the room to be cleaned all day and even confirmed with staff that I was on the list, but no one ever came. The elevators were extremely slow, with wait times often around 5–10 minutes because of how crowded they were. Lastly, my floor was very noisy at night, with children running through the hallways, screaming, and knocking on doors, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the lack of follow up and poor service made for a disappointing experience."

"I recently completed an 8-day stay and unfortunately have very little positive to report. The service level was consistently poor — staff were unhelpful and follow-through on requests was nonexistent. What was most alarming: housekeeping never came to my room. Not once in 8 days. No fresh linens, no toiletry replenishment, no room cleaning whatsoever. I had to manage everything myself, which is simply not what you expect from a full-service hotel. Room amenities were also lacking — well below what’s advertised and what I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn properties elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously. There’s real room for improvement here, and right now the experience does not reflect the brand standard."
